Elea -ancient Greek for ‘olive’ – is a term Greek philosphers used for innovation, freedom, and challenges. This really applies to the modern and innovative style of cooking used by Takis Panagakis. The chef goes much further than the classic dishes and creates wonderful dishes with subtle Greek influences.
